With an extensive background as a fitness trainer that emphasizes injury prevention, I offer training for over-all fitness NO matter how in shape or out of shape you are!


From weight training to light cardio like walking, or long distance running, I can design a program of exercise and diet to get you to your goals.


I competed as a distance runner on the Varsity level, and have a background in body building, so I know how important fitness is in shaping a positive attitude, confidence and injury prevention.
